VAN GLASS RACK
The Lansing Unitra van glass rack is specially designed for the safe transport of flat glass, window frames, sheet material, solar panels and other construction materials. The van glass rack is made by hand and consists of premium aluminum welded profiles. This ensures a very solid and lightweight construction with a high loading capacity. Our goal is to help you go smarter on the road!

Features van glass rack
Already very complete in its standard version, with many features.
Welded aluminium
Premium aluminium profiles are welded together creating a solid and lightweight construction.
Rubber inlays
Grey rubber is incorporated into the aluminium profiles to offer protection, grip and damping.
Safety markers
The safety markers provide extra visibility and mark the loading limits.
Led lighting
The glass rack comes with front and rear led lighting to increase visibility when driving.
Adjustable tops
The tops are adjustable in height offering an additional 450mm. of loading height.
Standard securing pole
The load is secured with spring-loaded securing poles.
Telescopic securing pole
The telescopic securing pole is required to gain 450 mm. of loading height offered by the adjustable tops.
Securing pole holder
Securing poles can lean against the support post while (un)loading.

Thanks to the extensive range of options, the glass frail is made even more functional, specifically suiting your transport needs. Customization is also possible, through our own engineering department.

The glass rack can be produced in different height sizes according to custom wishes.
Integrated ladder
The integrated ladder offers easy access to the roof (rack).
Airline rail
The airline rail offers extra options to secure materials on the glass rack.
Foldable bench
When not using the glass rack, the bench can be folded up partly.
Flat rubber bench
The flat rubber bench makes it easier to tilt heavy glass upon the glass rack.
Powder coating
The product can be powder coated in any RAL colour.

Standard, with the Lansing Unitra roof rack
The strongest and best-fitting solution.
Profile, without roof rack
When no roof rack is needed, the glass rack can be mounted to the side of the vehicle by the use of a special profile.
Delta, without roof rack
When no roof rack is needed and drilling holes in the vehicle must be avoided, the Delta solution is the best choice.
Existing roof rack
In most cases, the Lansing Unitra glass rack can be mounted to an existing roof rack.
